Bareilly Cantonment Board is responsible for overall sanitation of the Bareilly Cantonment such as garbage lifting, waste disposal, cleaning of drains, toilets, PGLs, public roads & various public places. In order to provide a clean and safe environment, dustbins are placed at suitable locations and the waste is collected mechanically from these dustbins for disposal. Bareilly Cantonment is maintaining over 500 dustbins and 258 manpower for provisioning of conservancy services. The Board is also maintaining Sewer Jetting machine of its own and other machines like JCB etc..

Bareilly Cantonment Board is implementing guidelines issued by the Ministry of Urban Development under Swachh Bharat Mission. Regular cleaning drives with public participation are being encouraged.
